Happy New Year! I've had two bottles of cheap wine, stuffed myself full with chicken and noodles, and it's raining outside which is a very good omen unless you've bought loads of fireworks. OH AND OMG YAY HONGBAO I'm gonna be filthy rich tomorrow morning, rich enough to buy a monthly RO prepaid card and more booze. :D

I was staying in Sydney from 12/24 to 01/10 (without Internet access) and was terribly shocked when I heard about the Indian Ocean earthquake on the news. In Aceh alone, more than one hundred thousand people killed by the December 26th's earthquake/tsunami. One hundred thousand lives were wasted just like that.
